What if you want to purchase one of the photographs on this site?

There are a number of ways in which you can purchase a photograph from my site.

• Buy the jpeg image - 750 x 500 pixels with digital shots text £2.00, e-mailed directly to you. Example
• Buy the jpeg image - 2323 x 1555 pixels with digital shots text £2.50, e-mailed directly to you. Example
• Buy the jpeg image - 2323 x 1555 pixels without digital shots text £3.00, e-mailed directly to you. Example
• Buy the full jpeg image without digital shots text £3.50, e-mailed directly to you. Example
• 6"x4" Print £4.50 + p&p
• 7"x5" Print £8.00 + p&p
• 10"x8" (Digital equivalent = 9"x6") Print £15.00 + p&p
• 15"x10" Print £20 = p&p
• Buy the photograph including all rights* - £30, e-mailed directly to you. CD-ROM delivery + £1 p/p

Standard Postage and packing is charged at £4 and will normally be delivered within 7 working days. Only one p+p will be charged per print size.

If you have decided you would like to purchase a photograph from Digital-Shots then please e-mail me at info@digital-shots.co.uk with details about the photograph(s) you would like to purchase and we will arrange payment and delivery from there. I will also e-mail you a link to the full size sample of any photograph you wish to buy, before purchase.

* By "all rights" I mean that once you have purchased this I will not use, sell or in any other way transmit the photograph to anybody, you will, in essence have the original photograph to do with as you please. However, any other copies or prints of this photograph already given/sold will obviously be un-retrievable.

LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. No Commercial Use. No payment or other financial reward may be derived from the use of images without specific prior written permission.
2. Accreditation. Images must be accompanied by a direct adjacent accreditation similar in form to "Photograph by Neil Watson or Digital-shots.co.uk".
3. Limited Modifications. Modification of images are limited to simple geometrical and chromatic transformation. Use of images for incorporation into a montage is not permitted without prior written permission.
4. No Proprietary Formats. Modifications of images by conversion into any proprietary, secret or patented file format is not permitted.
